Labor Rate
All repair services are billed at $89 per hour, plus the cost of any parts required. Most common repairs — screen replacement, virus removal, battery swap, SSD upgrade — are completed in 1 hour. Complex repairs such as motherboard work or data recovery may require additional time. We will always give you an estimate before proceeding.
Free Diagnostic
We offer a free diagnostic assessment on all devices. The $29 diagnostic fee is waived entirely if you choose to proceed with the repair. You are never charged for a diagnosis we recommend unless you approve the repair first.
Turnaround Time
Most repairs are completed same day, provided parts are in stock. We carry 136,000+ parts on-site in Reno. If a part needs to be ordered, we will notify you with an estimated timeline before proceeding. Complex repairs may take 1–3 business days.
Workmanship Guarantee
All repairs carry a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If the same issue recurs within 30 days of repair due to our workmanship, we will fix it at no additional labor charge. This does not cover new damage, unrelated issues, or damage caused by the customer after the repair.
Parts
We use quality OEM and aftermarket parts sourced from our own inventory of 136,000+ components. We do not use counterfeit parts. If you prefer a specific brand of part, let us know and we will advise on availability and pricing.
Data & Privacy
We respect your data. We will not access, copy, or transmit your personal files unless explicitly required to perform the repair (e.g., data recovery). We recommend backing up your data before any repair. We are not liable for data loss that occurs during hardware failure or repair.
Unclaimed Devices
Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after completion notice may be subject to a storage fee of $5/day. Devices unclaimed for 90 days may be disposed of or sold to recover costs, with prior notice given.

We accept: Cash, Zelle, personal check, and major credit/debit cards in-store. Payment is due upon pickup.
