Shipping

All orders ship within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday). We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground or 2-Day. All shipments are insured and trackable.

Shipping is handled by GotLaptopParts.com at checkout. All shipments are insured and trackable.

International shipping: We ship worldwide. Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and broker fees are the buyer's responsibility and are NOT included in the item price. If you refuse customs fees and the item is returned to us, the refund will be issued minus return shipping costs.

Free local pickup available at 5460 Louie Ln, Reno NV 89511. Monday–Friday 9AM–4PM. Call (775) 203-1085 to arrange pickup before visiting.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all non-AS-IS items. To initiate a return:

  1. Email or call with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  3. Ship the item back securely with RMA clearly labeled
  4. Refund processed after inspection

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping and issue a full refund.

Wrong item ordered by buyer: Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A 20% restocking fee applies. Tracking is required on all returns.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Funds appear in your account within 3–5 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

AS-IS Items

Items listed as "AS-IS" are sold as-is with no returns accepted. These items are clearly marked. Read the description and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

Device Condition

All devices are graded by our technicians. Condition grades (Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair) reflect cosmetic and functional state. Any known defects are disclosed in the product description. All devices are tested and reset before shipping.
